1) Agreement:
You are going into an agreement with Dynasty Designer Hair, also referred to as "DDH", "us" or "we".
Our aim and mission is to be the Bench Mark of Leading and Trusted Suppliers of Premium quality hair products.

* By placing an order with us or by making a payment you agree to our disclaimer, and terms and conditions. See link at bottom of page.
* Wholesale prices available on request for Salons, Agents and Branches.
2) Guarantee:
We guarantee our products to be of an excellent standard, sealed and free from defect at time of purchase. Hence our reason for offering a 1 week (7 days) guarantee if there be any factory defects on our products. This guarantee is only valid if we receive a complaint within 7 days of purchase and if the product has not been worn, washed or damaged.
3) Return Policy:
One Week Return Policy on Hair Extensions , Closures and Wig. DDH guarantees Premium quality on all our products and services.
In the Wholesale and Retail Hair business, products that are purchased are Non-Refundable and Non-Exchangeable.
Our aim and mission is to be the Bench Mark of Leading and Trusted Suppliers of Premium quality hair products. Hence our reason for offering a 1 week (7 days) guarantee on all our hair products If there is any manufacture / factory defect/s it will be visible within our Guarantee period.
The following terms and conditions apply to our return policy:
Products can be returned only if: The products have evidence of manufacturing / factory defect(s) eg: tangling , knotting or shedding. That the products have not been used or altered in any way at all (including, but not limited to: attaching / installing, washing, colour change / dying, trimming/cutting or even bleaching DDH will not accept products that have been altered or tampered with from their original packaging and presentation at the time of purchase, his is purely for HYGIENE and QUALITY purposes. Therefore we request that all our CLIENTS take the extra time to inspect the products and ensure that it is the Type, Colour, Texture, Length and Quality that they planned to purchase.
DDH does not offer cash refunds, therefore all returns are for exchanges or Credit Notes (valid for ONE month). DDH will not accept any product that has lost its ORIGINAL Quality due to lack of or poor maintenance.
No sale or promotion items may be returned.
4) Purchases:
Only upon receiving 100% proof of your payment will any products be ordered or shipped.
Orders:
All products are available from Sandton, Johannesburg and are also available at depots in Bloemfontein, Durban and Cape Town. We also ship orders worldwide, via this website.
Deliveries:
* Orders take approximately 10 days to be delivered as we prefer to specially make hair orders up according to each clients request. i.e. custom-made to order.
* Prices include delivery to a post office anywhere in South Africa.
* To have your hair order delivered to your door will be extra.
Lay-Bye:
* All our products are available on lay-bye:
* We offer a 3 month LAY-BYE period.
* After full payment has been received you will be able to pick up or have your product posted to you.
1st Payment = 40%
2nd Payment = 30%
3rd Payment = 30%
5) Terms of Use:
We recommend that you obtain the services of a professional stylists if DDH does not have an appointment time available. We will however take the time and pleasure in assisting you in any way we can.
