Our wefts are double-weft (double seamed) for extra reinforcement to prevent the hair from shedding. Clips are attached to the wefts, hence the Clip-On effect, which can be effortlessly installed into a person’s natural hair, and just as easily be removed.

What is a Clip-On Weft:

A Clip-On weft hair extensions refer to hundreds of human hairs sewn or "weft" together to create a strip of hair extensions. Loose or "bulk-hair" is fed through a triple-head sewing machine to add a reinforced stitch near the top (root) of the individual strands. The hair is then folded over and stitched again to create the final double drawn weft extension, thus resulting in luxurious hair that is thick, tangle, and matte free. Clips are then added to the seem so that this "curtain" of hair can be clipped into your natural hair.


How Much is Enough for a Full Head of Hair:

A clip-on weft for a full head of human hair extensions comes in one strip with 7 clips already attached. Five Clips on the top and two clips on the bottom. The seam strip is 20cm in width and weighs about 100 grams. Seam strips are available in any length of strip that will provide you the flexibility to cut the strip any way you want. 

The number of sets required for a full look will depend on how thick you want your hair to look. For thin to medium thickness, all you need is one set. However, many of our clients purchase two sets either to provide a thick and full look now, or give them the flexibility to achieve that look whenever they want.


How to Attach a Clip-On Weft:

DDH’s clip on hair extensions are relatively easy to install and with a little practice can be done at home.

  1. Begin with the parting of a section of your hair, open the clips and place them as close to the roots of your hair as possible.
  2. Attach the clips all over your head, spacing them evenly to produce a luscious body of hair within a few minutes.
  3. Style as desired. (Clip on hair extensions are designed to stay on firmly and securely attached to your head until they are removed)
  4. If you are unsure about how to attach or Clip-On extensions, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will be happy to help you in any way possible, so that you can achieve maximum benefit from your purchase.
  5. Do not sleep with your Clip-On extensions, they are easy enough to remove in a few minutes.
  6. Store flat in a dry area for best results.

Customers can create multiple strips with 2-3 clips or create fewer strips with more clips, depending on how they want to attach and style their hair.


How to Remove a Clip-On Weft:

  1. When removing your Clip-On, please ensure that you lift and loosen each clip slowly and carefully.
  2. Do not attempt to slide the clips off, as this will cause damage to your hair.
  3. If you are unsure about how to remove your clip on extensions, please do not hesitate to contact us or your hair-stylist.
  4. Do not sleep with your Clip-On extensions, they are easy enough to remove in a few minutes.

* After full payment has been received you will be able to pick up or have your product posted to you.
